The next step in the process is to submit a legal deposit, which will be used to initiate loan docs and title work. This legal deposit will be credited on your Settlement Statement at closing and is not an additional cost of the Loan. Should you decide to terminate this closing after payment, we will reimburse you net of costs incurred. You will be responsible for any expenses not covered by this deposit.
